Among the culinary treats in the book is a selection of mouthwatering Christmas recipes from celebrity chef Prof Patrick Trodden. The launch saw almost 250 copies being sold over the weekend of the Bolton Food and Drink Festival.
Bolton’s own celebrity chef, Nick Cullen, was key to the successful launch of the Bolton Community Cookbook at the Bolton Food & Drink Festival last weekend, giving a number of live food demonstrations in the Market Place and signing copies of book. Nick said: “It was fantastic to be invited to take part in the launch of the Bolton Community Cookbook. I was hugely impressed by the effort put into creating it, by all concerned.”
“Cathy Savage, “We are absolutely thrilled to sponsor this incredible cookbook. There is literally something for every taste and it will be my go-to recipe book from now on that’s for sure!”
